Aremu Mbande

Assistant Director, African-American Male Resource Center, Chicago State University

Aremu Mbande is a Black-centered educator committed to the intellectual, psychological, and cultural wellness of Africana people. He graduated from Howard University with a degree in psychology, currently manages the African-American Male Resource Center at Chicago State University, and will be entering into a doctoral program at University of Illinois-Chicago this fall to study educational psychology with a focus on Black teaching methods.
